- Team Support:
- Provide support and guidance to the engineering team across multiple products, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Act as a liaison between engineering and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Strategic Execution:
- Work closely with the product management team to execute on the strategic vision for each product, translating goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Ensure that engineering projects are aligned with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Operational Management:
- Maintain accurate operational and capitalized expense profiles, collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Product Launch Management:
- Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring that all aspects of the launch plan are executed successfully and on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop launch strategies, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicants skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certificates; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
