Summary of Position:
Capable of cooking and preparing all New Orleans cuisines with Ruby Slipper recipes.
Able to follow Ruby Slipper Caf Standards and all recipes consistently, Responsible for the quality of products served.
Complies with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation, and cooking.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
