    We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Professional with the drive, independence, and tenacity to go for it again, and again, and again. Our Field Sales reps, coupled with our inside sales team, are the fundamental drivers to achieving our ambitious Business-to-Business (B2B) customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Our most successful sales professionals are comfortable challenging prospects to look at the purchasing process differently. In this role, you will work with prospective clients to evaluate service requirements while guiding them to develop a custom statement of work designed specifically for their environment. Prospecting, networking, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals are all integral to attracting new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve their quota in the Orange County area.

    Responsibilities:
    • "Get the sale".
    • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" prospecting strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
    • Meet personal and team sales targets.
    • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
    • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

    Skills:
    • We are looking for proven sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota, but if you have the aptitude, we can help you get there.
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
    • Computer use competency.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and comfort with business professionals at any level.
    • Self-motivated and driven.
    • Ability to take control, teach, tailor, and use/create constructive tension.

    Job Type: Full-time.

    Targeted Compensation: $80, $120,000.00 per year.
