    Description

    Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour

    Location: 7039 South Highway 11, Westminster, SC 29693

    Job Type: Direct Hire with Benefits. This is a stable, long-term position.

    Shift Information:

    • 3rd Shift 12 Hours: 7pm-7am
    • Overtime is required
    • 12-hour 3rd Shift rotates between Week 1 and Week 2:
      • Week 1: Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun
      • Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri
    • Every other weekend OFF
    • Shift hours are from 7pm to 7am

    Additional Pay Info: $1,000 Signing Bonus and $500 Referral opportunities are available.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Troubleshoots and fixes machine malfunctions. Performs preventive maintenance.
    • Locates and resolves electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
    • Completes assigned projects including machine moves, modifications, installations, and more.
    • Assists in training other maintenance personnel and production associates.
    • Ensures that job tasks maintain or enhance product quality.
    • Performs Preventative Maintenance tasks on equipment.
    • Completes work orders efficiently and promptly.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
    • Advanced education (associate degree) in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly valued.
    • Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 480V AC.
    • Ability to interpret electrical blueprints.

    OTHER INFORMATION:

    • Works effectively in a team setting and completes projects within set deadlines with high-quality results.
    • Receives on-the-job or classroom training in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical work, electronics, welding, and mechanical tasks.
    • Experience with Hilift/Forklift operation and the capability to obtain a license.
    • Trained in Quality Management System and Environmental Systems.
    • Must be capable of working in a manufacturing environment, involving standing, bending, stooping, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
