    Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Enid, Oklahoma.

    Job Description & Requirements

    Location: Enid, OK

    Position: Occupational Therapist – 40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm; may work one weekend a month

    Length: 13 week contract with likely extension offers

    Start Date: ASAP 

    *REQUIREMENTS*:

    - MUST LIVE 100 MILES AWAY

    - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ONE HOLIDAY AS NEEDED

    - MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OT EXPERIENCE

    - MUST HAVE BLS

    - MUST HAVE DEGREE FROM AOTA ACCREDITED SCHOOL

    - MUST HAVE OT LICENSE

    The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
    • Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
    • One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
    • Current CPR if applicable
    • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
    • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
    • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
