- Nurse Educator
- Associates Degree in Nursing Required.
- Bachelors Degree or MSN from an accredited university preferred.
- New York State RN License required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a staff nurse, a minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care facility or other related medical facility and a minimum of 1 year experience supervising and implementing nursing education programs.
- Experience required in teaching adults or supervising aides in the long-term care setting for a minimum of 1 year, or must have completed a course in teaching adults.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Must be able to speak, write and read English.
