    Contract position

    Job location:
    first preference on site in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville OH ( Cleveland OH ) – second preference remote work for a non local candidate
    Hybrid work schedule if on site : 2-3 days in office and 3-2 days at home

    Business Analyst ( Business Analytics - Regulatory Risk Management ) :


    The Regulatory Risk Management team in Business Technology and Innovation Group is dedicated to developing innovative data products and business process solutions to support the Asset and Liability Management team at the Bank.

    Work on business and regulatory requirements related to FFR Y-9C, FRY 14M/FRY 14Q, SCCL (Single Counterparty Credit Limit), FR 2590, Basel III

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's or Master's degree ( Finance major / CFA / Certified Treasury Professional – will be a plus )
    Must have a Financial Services background
    Expertise in Asset Liability Management at Financial Institutions along with proficiency in financial modeling as well as tools and methodologies used for business analytics and data reporting
    Experience working as a Business Analyst or a Data Analyst in Financial analysis or modeling for Asset Liability Management, Treasury Management, Credit Risk Management or SCCL (Single Counterparty Credit Limit) / Basel III Regulations
    Working knowledge of Banking, Financial products with ability to analyze Regulatory implications of all on and off-balance sheet activities.

    Experience in FR Y-9C (Consolidated Financial Statements for Holding Companies), FRY 14M (Monthly Capital Assessments and Stress Testing Report) / FRY 14Q (Quarterly Capital Assessments and Stress Testing Report), FR 2590 (Quarterly Report of Assets and Liabilities of Large Foreign Offices of U.S.

    Banks), Basel III, FDIC 370 (Recordkeeping for Timely Deposit Insurance Determination), FDIC 371 (Recordkeeping Requirements for Qualified Financial Contracts)
    Good understanding of the Capital regulations, Capital Markets and Asset Management.
    Experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements
    Working knowledge of various asset classes like Commercial/Retail loans/leases, Derivatives, Securitized Assets and Equity would be a plus
    Experience with MS Excel and SQL ( exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI would be very helpful )
