    A Hospice Registered Nurse is responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients who are nearing the end of their life. They work in a hospice care setting and are responsible for providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    Evaluate and assess the patient's physical and emotional needs and develop a comprehensive plan of care.

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

    Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.

    Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.

    Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and end-of-life care.

    Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources.

    Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

    Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on the patient's care plan.
