Position Overview
Lux Digital Media LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact partnerships that expand revenue streams, enhance brand positioning, and create new business opportunities.
This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with key partners including brands, media platforms, influencers, agencies, technology providers, and content creators. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in driving long-term growth by cultivating mutually beneficial collaborations that align with company objectives.
The ideal candidate is strategic, relationship-driven, analytically minded, and experienced in digital media, advertising, or business development environments.
Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify target industries, brands, and platforms that align with Lux Digital Media's services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
Create partnership proposals that demonstrate clear value propositions and revenue potential.
Business Development & Opportunity Identification
Proactively identify new revenue-generating partnership opportunities.
- Research and evaluate potential collaborators across media, technology, retail, e-commerce, entertainment, and influencer sectors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and digital forums to expand company presence.
Relationship Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- Foster trust, collaboration, and ongoing communication.
Conduct regular performance reviews and partnership evaluations.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring
Lead contract negotiations including scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and revenue-sharing agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Ensure partnerships align with brand standards and company policies.
Structure mutually beneficial agreements that maximize profitability.
Campaign Collaboration & Execution
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, creative, and analytics teams to implement partnership initiatives.
- Oversee execution of co-branded campaigns, sponsored collaborations, affiliate programs, and media integrations.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure deliverables are met.
Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track KPIs including revenue growth, partner retention, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed partnership performance reports.
- Provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Present insights and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
Brand Representation & Industry Presence
Represent Lux Digital Media LLC in meetings, panels, trade shows, and industry events.
- Build thought leadership positioning within the digital advertising and media ecosystem.
- Strengthen brand visibility through strategic alliances.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, media sales, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing high-value partnership deals.
- Experience within digital media, advertising, SaaS, or agency environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated history of driving measurable revenue growth.
