- Perform day-to-day floor cleaning functions and specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments and established floor tech procedures.
- Clean front porch and surrounding area, picking up trash, cigarette butts, empty trash cans and take trash to trash receptacle.
- Dust mopping, wet mopping and buffing of assigned floors.
- Cleaning walls, rails, doors, behind doors, and baseboards.
- Follow facility established safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and safe manner. Report all hazardous conditions and equipment to the housekeeping and laundry supervisor. Maintenance issues should be reported to the maintenance supervisor in accordance with established facility protocols.
- Report
all accidents/incidents to your supervisor immediately - Maintain CONFIDENTIALITY of all resident information.
- Honor the resident's personal and property rights at all times. Turn in all found articles to your supervisor.
- Attend departmental and staff meetings, in-service educational and orientation classes and on-the-job training programs, as scheduled or called.
