    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for providing clinical services relating to Functional Family Therapy to at risk youth in service of the OHANA grant.
    • To provide screening, intake, treatment, and referral to families referred for Functional Family Therapy in the home, school and clinic setting.
    • To provide screening and treatment in accordance with the CREOKS suicide prevention care pathway.
    • Services are to be provided at times and locations convenient to families.
    • Participate in required training and ongoing consultation to meet and maintain credentialing to provide Functional Family Therapy consistent with fidelity.
    • Collect and report outcomes for Functional Family Therapy and the OHANA grant.
    • Represent CREOKS to DHS, OJA, school systems and the community with the utmost professionalism.
    • Provide community consultation and community education services in support of the Functional Family Therapy program and to identify potential referral sources.
    • Group, Individual and family counseling activities as assigned by Supervisor if serving less than 10 families in FFT.
    • Responsible for providing clinical services relating to intake, screening, referral and
    • psychotherapy to children and adults in the home, school and clinic setting as assigned by Supervisor.
    • Provide assessments as requested and qualified by Supervisor.
    • Maintain the clinical records system in accordance with ODMHSAS, OHCA, CREOKS policies and procedures, and any other relevant governing agency.
    • Participate in Treatment Team Meetings.
    • Attend and regularly present cases in case conferences.
    • Read and be knowledgeable of all current policies and procedures of the agency.
    • Maintain a full case load as assigned and provide direct services to families.
    • Maintain daily billing average as assigned by Supervisor.
    • Turn in direct care billing and associated documentation on a daily basis.
    • May include travel to other clinics as necessary to see families.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications/Competencies Required:

    • Master's degree required.
    • License or licensure candidacy not applicable.
    • Experience working with OJA, DHS and Court Involved Families preferred.
    • 3 years experience working with youth and families preferred.
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of developmental stages as well as treatment modalities, i.e. individual, group, family and applicable clinical skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
    • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
    • Core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
    • Completion of CAMS and CAMS 4 Teens training as well as other indicated suicide prevention training as requested by supervisor.
    • Obtain and Maintain ASI ASAM,TASI and SASSI certification as requested by supervisor.
