- Implement plan of care and treatment using sound judgment and critical thinking. Provide accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing process.
- Prepare, administer, and appropriately document actions taken specific to the commonly prescribed IV, oral, topical, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications. Observe, reports, and record adverse reactions to medications and/or treatment to the registered nurse.
- Perform wound care and recognize the need for and institute emergency measures in a rapid and appropriate manner.
- Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adheres to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency.

- Competitive pay begins at $42.00/hr. Rates vary based on shift assignments.

- Current, valid state of NH RN license in good standing
- IV experience/Certification
- Ability to obtain BLS CPR certification.
- Recent wellness exam and negative TB skin test (provided if needed)
- Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background check and drug screening.
- Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information.
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
