- Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations
- Be a team player, handling various aspects of prescription orders such as processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries
- Communicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
- Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow and work with our courier team to handle deliveries efficiently
- Provide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items
- You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
- You hold a valid Pharmacist License in the State of employment
- You are ready to work as required to provide coverage for any unplanned absences, days off, or scheduled time off
- You understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processes
