    ServiceChannel's Product team is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to implement new programs, manage operations, and analyze and interpret results to make strategic business recommendations. The ideal candidate can thrive in a high growth environment, and aspires to be in a strategic role on a revenue driven team focused on building something great

    The Product team at ServiceChannel is responsible for our core platform, bringing innovative solutions to customers seeking to find service providers, plan repair and maintenance work across multiple sites, invoice providers, and analyze the effectiveness of the work. They are also tasked with driving key features that help our customers manage the work of their own in-house technicians. Expect growth on this team, as we encourage taking risks, failing fast, and taking on projects that not only drive our product forward, but that you feel passionately about as well. While you may not have experience in the field of Facilities Management, you know what it takes to build complex software, and are ready to gain the domain expertise required to become a hands-on leader

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily product operations to ensure accountability and dedication of developing programs and the launch of new critical initiatives.
    • Build, scale, and sustain programs that propel strategic priorities from concept to execution, using robust program management skills and proactive leadership.
    • Drive operational excellence through streamlined processes, increased efficiency, and standard methodologies, while fostering innovation and continuously improving operational delivery.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with executives, peers, and stakeholders, ensuring open and effective communication.
    • Use excellent judgment on sensitive and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leadership, the operating team, and the broader organization to drive resolution.
    • Approach complex business challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a focus on data-driven results and tangible outcomes.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in Project/Program Management (5+ years strongly preferred).
    • Experience leading programs and projects with a company-wide impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects.
    • Excellent organization skills and a track record of diligent follow-through.
    • Demonstrated record of problem-solving, influencing, and analytical abilities.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong verbal and written professional skills; ability to compile and present data, insights, and recommendations to different audiences, including executives.
    • Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, and other Project Management tools in an enterprise environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience with a SaaS solutions provider
    • Solid understanding of IT and Product Organizations functions and cross functional dependencies
    • Ability to create business models, pricing/packaging strategies, business case, and financial models/projections

    National: The salary range for this position is $ $186900

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
