Human Resource Manager

We are an established engineering and manufacturing company located in Kulpsville, PA (close to the Lansdale exit of the PA turnpike) and are looking to hire a Human Resource Manager for our 270 employee organization. Stein Seal Company was established nearly 70 years ago and is privately owned We specialize in custom designed products for the aerospace and power generation markets, which are both growing rapidly.

Our current HR Manager is leaving and we are looking for a replacement. Experience as a Human Resource Manager is preferred, but on the job HR experience will be considered. Other factors we will consider include:

1) HR experience with employees in a manufacturing environment.

2) Degree in an HR related field

3) Experience in recruiting potential employees

4) Reading and writing skills.

5) Reliability
