    1. In direct charge nursing duties as outlined below.
    2. Care Plan Functions

    Direct Charge Nursing Duties



    1. Administrative functions include but are not limited to ensuring that all nursing personnel assigned comply with written policies established by facility.

    2. Nursing care includes but are not limited to assessing residents physical/emotional condition; developing individualized plan(s) of care according to resident needs ; implementing/evaluating plan(s); documenting/recommending changes as indicated; participates in care planning activities when deemed necessary.

      • Interpretation explains treatment plans record signs orders progress notes etc., upon reviewing attending physicians review charts nurses' notes inform them verbally or provide documents that outline procedures implemented & methods used during their absence.
