    Fleet Coordinator- $20/hrMonday- Friday 8a- 5pHouston, Tx 77038
    GENERAL PURPOSE
    Responsible for supporting the Fleet Department.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Schedules planned work (PMs) for assigned shops within CONA systems.
    2. Creates purchase orders for outside labor assigned by Supervisor within CONA.
    3. Orders stock parts based upon usage in CONA.
    4. Transfer asset location within CONA.
    5. Update status based upon physical location and status within CONA.
    6. Processes invoices received and submits to Xerox for creation with IMS.
    7. Codes and submitted for approval all invoices received in IMS.
    8. T-codes all work orders for assigned facilities each day in CONA.
    9. Orders registration copies as needed using Insights (ARI).
    10. Visit vendor to pick up parts as needed.
    11. Answer shop phone and assist with service calls.
    12. Order non-stock parts for planned work within CONA.
    13. Pickup and drop off mail and supplies as needed from main plant
    14. Greet vendors and ensure they sign in at the facility.
    15. Receive ordered parts from vendors and distribute as needed.
    16. Run, format and distribute weekly PM reports using CONA and Excel.
    17. Maintain licensing information by unit with CONA.
    18. Submit new parts and new units additions within CONA to asset team.
    19. Assist assigned shops with their quarterly parts inventories and bi-annual obsolescence reports for parts using CONA.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    A


    Education:
    High School diploma or equivalent.
    B


    Experience:
    Mechanical or fleet shop knowledge is a plus.

    d. Great communication skills
    e. General office skills
    f. Bilingual skills a plus.
    g. Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
