    POSITION SUMMARY


    EWA Warrior Services is seeking a Project Manager (PJM) to ensure comprehensive administrative and technical compliance across multiple Delivery Orders (DO) on a 10-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

    Serving as the primary liaison between the prime contractor, Government customers, stakeholders, and subcontractors, the PJM is pivotal in resolving challenges encountered during developmental builds, procurements, and professional services.

    This opportunity demands a strong rapport with customers alongside adept technical knowledge encompassing project management, product development, manufacturing, defense contracting, and military protocol.


    RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine project plans, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and contractual requirements.
    Provide strategic guidance and oversight to subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
    Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project disruptions or deviations from established plans.

    Facilitate regular status meetings and progress reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote transparency and alignment on project milestones and deliverables.

    Continuously evaluate project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and enhance overall project outcomes.

    Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team, encouraging the exploration of new methodologies, technologies, and best practices to drive operational excellence.

    Serve as a subject matter expert on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, providing guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their professional development and effectiveness.

    Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to support the development of competitive bids and proposals for new business opportunities, leveraging insights gained from previous project experiences and customer interactions.

    Maintain compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies governing project execution, documentation, and reporting.

    Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including Government customers, regulatory agencies, industry partners, and community stakeholders, to enhance project credibility, trust, and long-term sustainability.


    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance to be considered for this opportunity.
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business or technical field.
    5+ years of DoD, DoD contracting, or government program experience.

    5+ years of project management experience, including managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk; supporting complex development efforts in a dynamic environment.

    Experience developing and working with work breakdown structures (WBS) and integrated master schedules (IMS).
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Strong ability to work within a small, matrixed team environment.
    Highly proficient in both speaking and writing the English language.

    Excellent MS Office Suite skills:
    MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project
    Strong organizational and time management skills, and high level of attention-to-detail.
    Possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
    Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance


    PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    Previous defense contract proposal writing experience.
    Previous experience with DoD related programs and Delivery Orders.
    Previous experience with earned value management.
