Estates & Trust Paralegal- PITTSBURGH PA
-Direct client contact and relationship management.
-Drafting, reviewing, and overseeing the execution of estate planning documents with clients.
-Coordinating the probate of wills and preparation of estate administration filings, including Petition for Grant of Letters, Notices, Inventories.
-Preparing Federal Gift and Estate tax, Pennsylvania Inheritance tax and fiduciary income tax returns.
-Preparation of fiduciary accountings for estates, trusts, agency relationships and guardianships. Please note that we champion the development of all roles.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years of experience working as a Paralegal in a related area of law
• Previous work experience as a Legal Secretary
· Excellent communication skills
· Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing thoughtful and persuasive messaging
· Ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
· Strong organizational, time management, and project management mindset
• Experience with Lackner, and Pro Series a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and other software.
• Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to supporting counsel.
• Commitment to professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with iManage document management system
· Experience filing court documents, electronically preferred
· Paralegal certificate
· Active Notary license
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
Salary Will Be Commensurate With Experience.
