    Triumph Brewing Company of New Hope is seeking a passionate Sous Chef with excellent knife skills with the ability to mentor a kitchen staff.

    As a Sous Chef & Mentor, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Executive Chef in creating menus and developing new recipes
    • Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure that they are skilled in all areas of food preparation, presentation and safety
    • Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude at all times
    • Work with the Executive Chef to manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
    • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipe and presentation standards
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create a safe and efficient work environment
    • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a highvolume kitchen
    • A passion for culinary arts and a desire to mentor and train others
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
