Client Services - Onsite Refresh TechnicianEast Hanover, NJ (On-Site)Role Purpose:
Manage Daily Refresh Deployments and peripheral swapsMust have solid soft skills and be a good communicatorMust have valid license, along with the ability to lift 30lbsHours of operation 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru FridayKey ResponsibilitiesInstallation, monitoring and service of the desktop hardware, software and peripheralsTroubleshoot (hardware, software, and connectivity)Remote Users Support via TEAMSAbility to maintain schedule, follow Outlook/SharePoint CalendarsAttention to detail and ability to follow processAsset Management and inventory controlRemove old device and return to stockSelf-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Other Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting as requiredTechnical Skills:Solid knowledge of Windows Win10Full Microsoft Office Suite and
Operating Systems:
