- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of prior teller experience or cash handling/customer service skills
- Develop a solid understanding of bank products and services
- Warmly greet customers, engage with them to uncover their financial needs, and introduce relevant products/services
- Actively participate in sales initiatives and generate leads for business growth
- Resolve customer needs efficiently, maintain professionalism, and uphold security measures
- Process transactions accurately, adhere to compliance protocols, and ensure daily cash drawer reconciliation

After completing our comprehensive Teller Training, you will be responsible for sharing information on banking products, identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving banking-related issues.
In this role, you will handle cash, process various transactions, and play a pivotal part in the daily operations.
