- Support the annual reviews of Training Task Inventories (TTI) for TCIS training.
- Assist in the evaluation of student progress in the instructional program by means that include the maintaining of up-to-date student data.
- Support the management of materials, supplies and equipment which are necessary to carry out the TCIS mission.
- Support the accountability, serviceability and security of sensitive items of equipment.
- Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S
- Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S
- Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
- Update the Senior Instructor, Course Manager and TCIS Director on training activities, personnel training/certification processes, equipment, fiscal, personnel and logistical aspects and requirements of training.
- Instruct courses in assigned area(s) and monitor, evaluate, and assist other instructors.
- Conduct necessary research, observation, and liaison with TCI SMEs to ensure that the course curriculum mirrors current techniques, tactics, and procedures used by operational elements in the field
- Master's degree in a relevant field and 12 years' relevant experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or
- Bachelor's degree and 14 years of relevant experience, or
- Associate degree and 16 years of relevant, or
- High school diploma and 20 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
- Must have completed a service TSCM training program
- Must have completed a service-related instructor training program or have 2 years instructor experience.
- Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
