    The Business Development Manager will have both external and internal responsibilities in a fast-moving, dynamic and rewarding environment while working with hyper-scaler partners and new start-ups on some of the most exciting projects of our generation - AI, Big Data, satellite communication, advanced advertising, and more.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for uncovering and capitalizing on fresh business prospects for T-Mobile. You'll drive these opportunities forward by collaborating with external partners and spearheading research, definition, and implementation of innovative initiatives across various departments within T-Mo

    This role is available at the T-Mobile HQ in Bellevue, WA or at our McGregor Square location in Denver, CO and offers three days a week in person collaboration

    Job Responsibilities:
    Structure and drive strategic partnerships and new business relationships including development of key economic, business, and operational terms; negotiate and implement contracts with these partnerships; and lead their evolu Scout, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships by: 1) Identifying and analyzing intricate market/business prospects, 2) Evaluating key players and emerging technologies, 3) Assessing customer and market potential, 4) Formulating unique product/service strategies, 5) Creating prospective economic/financial/business models, 6) Providing recommendations tailored to T-Mobile's objectives, and, 7) Establishing and cultivating business relationships to forg Guide senior-level relationships with internal customers and with key players in the mobile industry - both in established and emerging segments and ecosystems. Develop deep domain expertise in sectors vital to T-Mobile's core strategy.

    Provide strategic analysis and guidance (economic/financial, customer and market opportunities, key players and technologies, potential business models, T-Mobile fit, etc.) for a multitude of sectors and domains.

    Formulate recommendations and lead reviews of new opportunities, technologies, business models etc., to cross-functional teams.


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Finance or related field

    Work Experience: 4-7 years Business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer-focused wireless, high-tech (software, internet/new media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industries.

    Knowledge, Skil Highly developed Communication and Negotiation skills needed Financial Analysis skills are imperative and excellent working ability in Excel needed Presentations skills are imperative and an excellent knowledge of PowerPoint is needed.

    At least 18 years of age
    Legally authorized to work in the United States

    Travel:
    Travel Required- Yes. If located in Denver up to 30% travel to annual conferences and to the Bellevue HQ is required. If located in Bellevue up to 10% travel to annual conferences required.

    Washington Pay Range :
    $111, $151,000.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful cand date in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
