Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams on the development and execution of product and other business led initiatives and / or partnerships, including establishing roles and responsibilities, timelines, tracking & reporting and operating cadence

Drive operational efficiencies across product, engineering, and business teams

Develop clear and actionable project plans and operational processes that drive visibility across all initiatives to drive visibility and accountability across the organization

Drive initiatives including identity issues, creating hypotheses, executing the analysis and translating data into meaningful insights and actions

Identify and execute data sources to reveal new stories about how to improve operating efficiencies

Support product teams with PRD and spec development

Provide clear communications up and down to management and across teams through weekly updates and KPI's

Escalate and resolve issues as suitable

Qualifications:

4-5 years' experience in a program management capacity with large scale complex project

Customer Centric:
Passion for helping customers and service oriented

Experience in methodologies, Agile and SAFe.

Strong analytical and presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings

Detail-oriented and can be in the weeds but can and know when to zoom back out and see the forest for the trees

Intellectually curios with strong analytical and communication skills

Thrives under pressure and under ambiguity, balancing multiple work streams and priorities

Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in fast-paced, results oriented environment. Collaborative and able to multi-task while working with different stakeholders

Excellent communication and EQ skills

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, and doing so while driving multiple programs

BA/BS degree from a top school
