    Sentech Services is looking for skilled Industrial Maintenance employees in our Auburn location.

    2nd shift - 3pm to 11 pm with overtime.

    3rd shift - 11 pm to 7 am with overtime.

    Salary up to $35.00 with full benefits.

    REQUIRED: Electrical and CNC Maintenance Background (not programming but dismantling and reassembling).

    We are looking for experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in CNC machine maintenance, specifically focusing on diagnosing, fixing, and upkeeping CNC machinery. This position demands expertise in both mechanical and electrical aspects of CNC machines, with a primary emphasis on disassembling, reassembling, and diagnosing.

    • Machine Maintenance:** Perform regular and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure top performance and minimize downtime.
    • Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with CNC machinery
    • Fixing and Reassembling:** Efficiently take apart CNC machines to pinpoint faulty components and replace or fix them as required. Reassemble machines to ensure correct alignment and functionality.
    • Electrical Proficiency:** Use electrical diagrams and diagnostic tools to diagnose and fix electrical components like motors, sensors, PLCs, and control panels.
    • Safety Adherence:** Follow safety procedures and protocols during maintenance tasks to guarantee a secure work environment for yourself and others.
    • Documentation:** Maintain precise records of maintenance tasks, repairs executed, and parts utilized for future reference and reporting.
    • Collaboration:** Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance tasks and reduce interference with production schedules.
    • Continuous Enhancement:** Recognize opportunities for process enhancements to boost machine performance, reliability, and efficiency.
