    Description


    We are working with a top national GC and assisting them in a search for a Project Manager in their Los Angeles division.

    They specialize in healthcare, hospitality, retail, commercial, biotech, and office projects ranging from

    $5M - $90M .

    Responsibilities
    Set project timeline.
    Monitor project deliverables.
    Run OAC meetings.
    Maximize project profitability.
    Lead project team in creating a project management plan.
    Lead subcontractor buyout process.
    Negotiate change orders with subcontractors and owner.
    Payapps.
    Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.

    Qualifications
    Prior experience as a Project Manager for a reputable general contractor.
    Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
