    Job Description:

    • Reports to Clinical Lead CRNA and Chief CRNA
    • Administers anesthetics to patients in the operating room
    • Evaluates patients' physical status
    • Operates anesthesia equipment
    • Ensures availability of necessary supplies

    Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Researches new procedures, diseases, medications
    • Demonstrates critical thinking and adaptability
    • Applies knowledge of pre-op, intra-op, post-op
    • Shows technical competence in procedures
    • Performs pre-anesthesia assessments
    • Reviews medical history, plans anesthesia care
    • Collaborates with anesthesiologist on anesthesia plan
    • Manages patient's post-anesthesia evaluation
    • Facilitates room turnover efficiently

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Completion of approved nurse anesthesia program
    • Current MD State RN and CRNA license, CPR certification, ACLS required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

    Technical Qualifications:

    • Certified by Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
    • Current Maryland State RN and CRNA licensure, CPR certification, ACLS required

    This position offers a sign-on/retention bonus of $30,000 for a three-year commitment.

    Starting Salary Range: $198,900 - $213,926 - $232,279 (Based on experience)

    Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri with possible weekend/evening hours
