    Seaman Corporation is seeking a Construction Site Manager CNR to join our Technology and New Ventures team This position will report to the Business Development Director.

    This is a remote role with extensive travel required. Project work will be short-term but with a potential for long-term employment.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Construction Site Manager CNR (Commercial Noise Reduction) will be the primary representative of Seaman Corporation during the installation of acoustic materials in multi-million
    square feet distribution facilities. An associate in this role would be responsible for liaison among customers, contracted installation crews, and internal functional teams.

    The successful candidate will be accountable for:

    • Ensuring successful execution of CNR projects at customer sites including:
    • Acting as principal representative of Seaman Corporation at the customer site
    • Addressing any issues arising during the installation
    • Leading communication and providing project oversite of site activities
    • Continuous improvement of all activities involved during execution phase
    • Coordinating returns and expediated rework as necessary

    The Construction Site Manager CNR will be on site at customer construction sites as needed during project initiation, installation design and planning, and project execution.

    The Construction Site Manager CNR will lead the execution phase of installation on site (post-design) and will engage in continuous improvement of critical tasks to enable scaling to multiple concurrent sites.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Act as primary on site Point of Contract between Seaman Corporation and the customer for CNR projects.
    • Maintain and document an accurate log of all issues raised related to site installation activities. Create and implement an effective action plan in a timely fashion. Elevate issues to Seaman Corporate management as needed.
    • Provide biweekly briefings to the Seaman management team on all site activities, progress, obstacles, and corrective activities undertaken.
    • Record and review lessons learned.
    • Establish and lead stakeholder meetings with customer site management team (site ops, safety, customers construction engineering lead, other contractors, and subcontractors). Recording meeting minutes and following up with action items.
    • Support installation of acoustic systems by the subcontracted installers as defined by site CAD drawings and project proposals.
    • Work with customer site leadership and engineering teams, general contractors, and other trades to execute the installation plan.
    • Ensure the acoustic materials manufactured by the company arrive on site according to the sequencing and timing described in the plan.
    • Resolve any problems related to quality defects of Seaman supplied CNR materials. Work with Seaman operations team to rapidly address quality problems and replace materials as required to avoid impact on installation processes and speeds.
    • Prepare change orders for internal review and approval. Acceptable change orders are those required due to limited changes in mandated customer scope over the original project plan.
    • Provide technical support during installation of acoustical materials by contractor partners.
    • Conduct inspections and tests as necessary to confirm the installation meets contractual specification requirements. Perform site inspections and final signoff at time of job completion according to the inspection signoff criteria.
    • Adjust material demand and sequencing plans as necessary to match installation schedules agreed with the site team.
    • Establish and maintain a highperformance customer service experience for final customer and installation subcontractors.
    • Be oncall for field communication from ongoing installation crews regarding problems, delays, or reworks.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
    • At least 3-5 years' experience of working in a construction engineering project or technical support.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline is preferred.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Familiar with AutoCAD Products (AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Inventor) and Navisworks
    • Experience in construction job site projects (preferred)
    • Project Management experience
    • Experience of complex construction project management and execution and influence management.
    • Preferred experience of 3-5 years working in a comparable role in a B2B manufacturing environment.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    This role will be responsible for supervising the installation of the product.


    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
    Travel required to multiple project sites. Overnight travel for length of project. The role will require significant on-site presence during the installation. On-site work will be conducted at off hours.
