**Description**
Position requires kitchen leader to plan and prepare meals for approximately people on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays and to supervise 10-20 volunteers for each meal to set-up the dining room, prepare the meal, and clean up. Position also requires Implementation of a weekly food distribution, ability to coordinate and supervise volunteers effectively, ability to plan, shop, organize and cook a meal for 100 people and an ability to understand and work with a challenged population.
Ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; empathy for others; demonstrated commitment to serving those with significant needs; ability to multi task and is comfortable cooking for large numbers of people.
