Assists in facilitating a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to achieving optimal patient outcomes. Contributes to attainment of departmental goals by planning and organizing the unit to work properly.Responsible in the OR for the management of the services Coordinates the delivery of patient care in the Operating Room through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation of the patient care.
Delivers perioperative care consistent with hospital and Operating Room policies, procedures and standards, Pursues programs of self-development to maintain professional knowledge and skills related to OR nursing.
-3-5 years OR nursing and CNOR preferred.
Salary Range:
$56.516/Hr to $63.995/Hr (Commensurate with Experience)
