    Job Summary

    The Consumer Experience (CE) Hyper-Personalization Project Manager will be responsible for client project management and requirements collection process. The PM will oversee ongoing and implementation projects. The PM will execute a governance process to ensure successful project deliverables, define and manage the project plan, and coordinate internally and externally to create the integration needed for successful delivery. The PM will be responsible for leading the requirements collection process for implementation and ongoing projects. The role will work directly with the client and internal stakeholders to consult on system capabilities and define both system and data requirements to drive personalization.

    A successful candidate for this role has regularly managed projects across the system development life cycle, defined system and data requirements for personalized digital solutions and worked closely with the many cross-functional players to reach desired outcome

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define, execute, update, and track the tasks in the project plan to achieve the project goals. Obtain approval from the client on defined schedule.
    • Consult, gather, and update web, email, mobile, text, and data requirements documentation. Lead requirements hand-off process and data listing with technology resources
    • Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to customers and other external sources.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized changes as defined in the change management plan
    • Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations regarding the project plan to align the stakeholders and team members. Implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risks to minimize the impact on the project.
    • Manage aligned resources proactively by ensuring that appropriate resources and tools are assigned in JIRA according to the project plan.
    • Prepares for and participates in project kickoff meeting(s)
    • Trains client on tools (reporting, content editor) and trains client customer service as appropriate
    • Works with team to ensure all documents are accurate and posted appropriately
    • Continuously reviews/updates process improvements, lessons learned and standard operating procedures
    • Understands system development life cycle
    • Understands financial scope of the project
    • Increases financial acumen using appropriate financial tools to ensure billing accuracy and integrity
    • Establishes, communicates, and utilizes appropriate project billing codes
    • Monitors/Manages project budgets

    Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiency

    Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience required. Industry certifications preferred (PMP).

    Technical skills:

    • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Fluent skills: Microsoft Office suite, JIRA task management
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced role, integrating across internal workstreams and effectively manage assigned responsibility area with assigned client partner / vendor.
    • Demonstrate deep subject matter expert (SME) in Project Management process and tools
    • Benefits, healthcare, financial or HR technology experience is a plus.

    Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $69,700.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $172,400.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
