The BDR must be a technically savvy individual who understands today's technologies and who can communicate in a clear and efficient way with customers using internet/email, mobile/Smart phones, tablets, etc.

in order to schedule appointments and demonstrate product features while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

The ideal candidate has previous sales experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and a strong sales aptitude.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones and build client relationships, while delivering exceptional customer serviceSchedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfactionDevelop rapport with prospective buyersMaintain and update inventory for sales on various internet websitesMaintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotionsAccurately complete all transaction paperworkAttends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong computer/Internet, mobile/smart phone, and social media skillsVerifiable sales performance (any industry)Must be a highly motivated self-started with outgoing, customer-oriented personalityExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain computer under stressExcellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors and staffOutstanding phone and communication skillsOutgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basisNeat, clean and professional appearanceAble to achieve goals with limited direct supervisionMust be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
