About the Job
Riverside University Health System-Medical Center is looking for a Per Diem **House Supervisor** situated in Moreno Valley, CA.
The House Supervisor plays a crucial role in making staffing adjustments across the hospital to meet nurse-to-patient ratios, managing patient throughput via EPIC, dealing with complaints, Human Resource matters, responding to Codes, and other assigned duties.
Work Schedule:
Required to work two (2) days a week and two (2) weekend shifts per month. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as necessary.
Day Shift:
Shifts from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm or 7:30 pm to 8:00 am. (12-hour shifts)
Responsibilities
Requirements
Knowledge of: Modern nursing principles, hospital routines, effective supervision techniques, and infection control.
Ability to: Plan, supervise, analyze needs, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years of nursing experience with one year in a supervisory role.
Additional Information
Veterans' preference policy and pre-employment requirements in place.
