Who We Are:
We are a family owned, well-established loan servicing
company, currently in our 35th year of operation in Newton Falls, Ohio. We purchase portfolios of consumer and commercial loans in various stages of performance.

What You'll be Doing:

You will be working in our department that manages the input of loans into our loan servicing system and provides support to various departments.

You will learn about how consumer and commercial loans are originated, the differences in promissory note terms, how the loan servicing process is handled, and other processes typical to a professional loan servicing
company.

What You Are Responsible For:

• Learning about the terms of

promissory notes, mortgages and
other loan documents that our
company purchases and services

• Verifying the accuracy and

completeness of data being input into our loan servicing system

• Maintaining the integrity of our loan files by ensuring accurate filing of loan documents and correspondence into the customer loan files
• Receiving calls and processing

payments from customers making payments by phone

• Performing skiptracing duties,

utilizing internal and outside
programs to research and obtain
updated customer information

• Learning what happens when a

customer pays a loan off and the
procedures to process a loan file as paid, releasing any collateral liens, etc.

• General duties, as needed, to

provide support for the loan boarding and other departments


Who You Are:

• A problem-solving mindset, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in

learning

• Ability to learn and adhere to

compliant practices and appropriate Federal and State laws governing our industry

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal skills, adept at

interacting with customers

• Familiar with Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new software

applications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
• Must pass a background check
