    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AdventHealth Sebring. As an LPN, you will provide direct care to patients on an assigned unit, working collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

    Compensation:

    The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct care to patients on an assigned unit, including collecting data, implementing patient care plans, and administering medications and treatments.
    • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and satisfaction with care.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including charting and transcribing physician orders.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent LPN program.
    • Basic computer skills, excellent human relations, and oral/written skills.
    • At least 1-year acute care &/or LTC LPN experience.
    • Current FL LPN License; current BLS.
    • FL State Approved IV Certification required.
