Pro Resources Staffing Service is seeking qualified candidates for a Production (Confection)Associate to work with our client in Anderson, IN. In this role you will finish the corrugator belts by measuring from the stock roll, applying lacing, and flocking that are needed before the belts are shipped to the customer. Ideal candidates will have a stable work history and have previous manufacturing experience and a current forklift license. Apply today
Shift and compensation:Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, M-FPay: $20/hrStatus: Direct-Hire
Job Duties:

• Inspection of all material from the stock roll as it is being consumed
• Measuring, cutting, lacing, and flocking of the belts according to customer specifications.
• Quality control at every step in the process of finishing the belts
• Completion of all production control documents.
• Keeping the material warehouse in order.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift License
• Computer experience including Microsoft Word & Excel
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently, climb stairs and kneel occasionally
