Our hospital is a 25-bed critical access facility, holding a level III trauma center designation, and boasts a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department.

Shasta a Dignity Health Hospital, you will have the chance to work in:


Rural Health Clinics:

Engage with patients in our rural health clinics, gaining exposure to a wide range of cases and building strong relationships within the community.

Hospitalist Program:

The opportunity to participate in our hospitalist program, if desired, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting.

As a Dignity Health Employed Physician you will receive the following based on a fulltime opportunity.

40 hours paid CME time annually included in contract + up to $3,500 reimbursement for expenses
