- Design, implement, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Review and plan for upcoming feature releases & changes to user experience
- Communication and socialization of feature releases with users and helpdesk support staff
- 5 years of experience with the following:
- Managing Microsoft 365 with specific expertise in SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online
- Exchange Online administration
- SharePoint Online administration
- MS Teams administration
- Security administration (Email & Collaboration)
- Compliance administration (DLP, Information Protection, Data Lifecycle Management, Vulnerability Remediation)
- Azure AD (Group Management, App Registrations)
- SharePoint 2013 Server support (in-flight migration project to decommission SP2013)
- Endpoint services (Intune for iOS)
- Office 365 Mobile and Desktop applications and add-ins
- Power Platform administration (DLP Polices, Environment settings, supporting PowerAutomate Flows, PowerApps)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or 10 years of work experience
- Proficient in PowerShell for basic commands/scripting
- Ability to triage tickets and troubleshoot independently
- Proficient troubleshooter with experience in Wireshark or Fiddler, and analyzing logs.
- Azure Certification highly preferred
- Expertise with command-line interfaces such as PowerShell
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and details to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Experience creating documentation for user and technical audiences
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis across a complex environment
- Be highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changes as needed
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with AvePoint
- Experience working in regulated industries specifically finance

Evolver is seeking a M365 Administrator. The M365 Administrator's role is to provide administration and L3 technical support as a subject matter expert for Office 365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Security and Compliance to support lines of business. This role will work closely with the IT team to ensure the Office365 environment is optimized for performance and reliability.
