    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Evening Supervisor to join our team at the Clarion Inn at Destination Daytona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, sales, and group management. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
    • Assist the sales and marketing efforts of the hotel, including developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including group sales and corporate partnerships.
    • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and community organizations.
    • Monitor financial performance and budgeting, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure profitability.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance.
    • Manage employee schedules and payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
    Qualifications:
    • Associates degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, and group management.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
