    $105,000-$120000 DOE.

    Position Summary:
    The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of restaurant locations.

    The role will ensure all locations are managed to deliver high-quality execution, meeting/exceeding targeted P&L objectives, with a customer experience that fosters brand loyalty.

    We are seeking a hands-on manager who understands the value of customer service, food quality, consistency, and team development.


    Roles/Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the restaurant financial performance (P&L), and operational costs

    Recommend ways to reach a broader audience

    Grow the business by growing the team

    Help build off-premise sales with 3rd party platform and be involved in the local

    communities/Marketing

    Oversee existing and assist with new restaurant's operations

    Work with Assistant Managers, Assistant General Manager and Chef to maintain food and labor cost budgets

    Work with the Human Ressources team to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

    Comply with Health Department requirements and support staff in compliance of established safety programs

    Serve as escalation point for employee relations; conduct performance reviews of restaurant managers

    Work with the cooks and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food

    Create strategies designed to motivate the management team for overall customer service satisfaction

    Ensure food programs and menu reflect the vision of the company

    Hold weekly manager meetings with restaurant managers

    Develop trainers and managers to help the company grow

    Help buid cultures through food

    Help create an awesome work environment where people want to work and dine


    Minimum Qualifications:
    At least 5 years of restaurant experience

    At least 2 years of General Manager experience running a successful and busy restaurant (casual dining)

    Serviced-focused, flexible, and high degree of integrity


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in day to day BOH/FOH operations and restaurant oversight

    Experience in P&L management

    High level of professionalism and strong customer service skills

    South East Asian cuisine experience

    Experience with Metropolitan restaurant industry

    Experience with creating, building, fixing and maintaining an effective team

    Bachelor (BA/BS) degree preferred
