    We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Strategy.

    Reporting directly to the SVP, Corporate Development, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and optimize performance.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

    This position may be based in Charlotte, NC or Memphis, TN.
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function.
    Strategic Processes

    Assess and measure key macro drivers.
    Support the annual strategic planning process.
    Support and eventually run the strategy project management office, which governs the top 10-15 strategic projects across the organization.

    Strategic Projects


    Assist in the development of business cases, cross-functional project management, and execution of strategic priorities, including market entry strategies, capability investments, and implementations.

    Performance Monitoring

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress against strategic objectives and identify areas for optimization.

    Financial Modeling & Underwriting

    Build and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, operations, and sales to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

    Presentations and Reporting

    Prepare strategic recommendations to be consumed by senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategic planning processes and methodologies.
    M&A

    Assist SVP with building integration collateral (playbook and checklist).
    Run integration processes to ensure functions are proactive in business planning to ingest acquisitions.
    Implement and maintain process to track and measure synergy realization.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
    An individual qualified for this job must be able to:
    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise insights.
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proven track record of driving results and influencing decision-making through strategic analysis and recommendations.
    Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
    An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related field.
    Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
    Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Qlik or Power BI. SQL experience is a plus.
