Description

The expected pay range for the Construction Project Manager (HalePlus) in Keaau, Hawaii is $71,200 a year to $102,500 a year. The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager to be responsible for managing the HalePlus projects, including the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing phases, coordinating project tasks, budget and stakeholders, while following project management principles and best practices. This Construction Project Manager will aid in facilitating subcontractor negotiations, liaising with owners, engineers, and sub-trades as well as management of technical and financial aspects of contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver's license is required
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combinations of training and/or related experience including Construction Project Management
• A minimum of five years of business experience in residential and commercial projects
• Prior experience within the construction industry is preferred
• Experience managing small to medium construction projects and the associated stakeholders and working with various levels of government and Non-governmental Organizations
• Construction Project Management experience
