We are a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Permanent Staff Accountant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to apply their knowledge and expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various aspects of accounting, including balance sheets, financial accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and payroll services.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in our financial operations

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Overseeing the companys financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Performing cost accounting duties such as analyzing manufacturing costs, preparing cost reports, and making recommendations for cost reductions.
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future revenues and expenses, and provide insights for decision-making.
Managing payroll services, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and resolving any payroll-related issues.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Participating in financial audits and implementing audit recommendations.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and payroll services.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
