    About the Role

    We are seeking an Associate Embedded Software Engineer to join our Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) organization in Warner Robins, GA. This engineering position will be part of our Embedded Software Engineering Team, supporting Electronic Warfare and Radar Embedded OFP Development programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, modify, and maintain embedded operational flight programs using software development best practices and standards.
    • Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements development, modeling and design, unit to CSCI testing, integration, formal system testing, release, installation, and maintenance.
    • Lead in solving complex problems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent STEM related discipline.
    • Proficient in C and Object Oriented programming.
    • Familiarity with all areas of the formal software lifecycle process from requirements to testing.
    • U.S Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with VxWorks/pSOS RTOS.
    • Experience with MIL-STD-1553.
    • Experience with digital processor simulation/emulation.
    • Experience with Matlab/Simulink.
    • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering.
    • Experience with Hardware in the Loop testing.
    • Experience with Assembly.
    • Experience with digital signal processing.
    • Experience using Jira/Bitbucket/Git.
    • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
    • Experience with the Agile software development process.
