    Duke City Primary Care is looking to add a few exceptional front desk/patient service coordinators (PSC) individuals for our Westsidelocation. Albuquerque positions are limited.     Job Purpose:

    The PSC is the first point of contact between patients and DCPC. A positive approach to your duties and exceptional customer service are critical to the success of the entire visit. The PSC's primary purpose is to provide daily administrative support for staff, patients, families, and/or visitors.

    Primary Duties:

    • Responsibilities include greeting patients and office operations, such as answering telephones, printing, copying, faxing, scanning, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy of data entry when obtaining patient information.
    • Completing accurate patient registration process by inputting patient demographics and financial information.
    • Verifying insurance eligibility and relying relevant information on payment, billing and collection processes and policies.
    • Handling all forms of payment including cash and maintaining a balanced drawer.
    • Obtaining signatures on all required documents.
    • Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work area.
