Job Overview:
The Marketing department is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on the website/CMS as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC).

The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills and fantastic content creation skills.

We welcome digital natives with 2-3 years of work experience to help us build and maintain a best-in-class website. This role is non-technical. The position is based in Charlotte, NC with a flexible office/work from home schedule (3-4 days office/1-2 days home).

Responsibilities:
Create new website content, web pages, landing pages for the website using a CMS system
Identify ways to improve the overall user experience of the website
Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics
Produce sitemaps that visualize the structure and functions of the website
Manage SEO and pay-per-click/keywords activities
Lead generation programs and CRM/email integration and automation
Monitor, assess, and report on website performance
Ensure the website complies with appropriate laws and regulations

Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant work experience around web/CMS, SEO and PPC
Expertise in working with CMS systems to create and maintain web pages, landing pages and user experience
Expertise around lead generation, CRM integration and email automation
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and analytical and data visualization skills
Expertise in design, graphics and layout related to websites
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Excellent content creation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop (or similar programs)
