This position's office will be in our Ross County office in Chillicothe and may commute to serve clients in the courts of Jackson County. Frequency of travel to Jackson County will be based on court schedule and client needs. This position serves at the pleasure and discretion of the State Public Defender. This position serves in a fiduciary relationship to the State Public Defender and will have an unclassified status per Ohio Revised Code A) (9).
