    Exciting Opportunity at MSK: People Analytics Analyst

    At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), we believe that empowering our people through data-driven insights strengthens our mission to end cancer for life. As a People Analytics Analyst, youll leverage workforce data, visualization, and storytelling to inform strategic decisions and enhance MSKs employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

    Role Overview

    • Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Develop and maintaindashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights.
    • Conduct detailed analyseson workforce trends, engagement, and retention to inform decision-making.
    • Build forecasting models and what-if analyses to support strategic HR initiatives.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs and deliver impactful data-driven recommendations.
    • Lead documentation, validation, and quality assurance for dashboards and reports.
    • Identifyopportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency using data insights.
    • Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance across all analytics activities.
    • Contribute to a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement within HR.

    Key Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in HR analytics or workforce insights.
    • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
    • Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards (Prisma plus).
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with database querying or statistical tools.
    • Experience with Visier is preferred

    • Project management capability, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

    • Schedule: Hybrid, primarily remote with flexibility needed to come on site a few times a year
