- Develop and administer a plan for tracking actual costs to budget or plan and prior year(s).
- Support Business Decisions: integrate cost analysis and other information to provide crucial data on inventory control, activity-based costing, and operational performance.
- Oversee inventory control function and assist with physical inventory audit.
- Manage supplier relationships for the execution of purchase orders.
- Manage invoice approval process, AP escalation process, and problem resolution.
- Prepare monthly journal vouchers, month-end analysis and account reconciliations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting or Analyst role role, preferably in a large manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate well in English.
- Proven experience of accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with SAP or GP preferable, other ERP experience can be substituted.
- Excellent skills are required in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
